CONSENT AGENDA

2. Approve MIIA grant

3. Accept $100.00 donation from Judith Aselbekian to be allocated to the ambulance donation account.

4. Approve FY 10 SAFE grant application for the amount of $3,200.00.

5. Accept $2,000.00 donation from the estate of Douglas Bugley to be allocated to the library.

6. Accept $200.00 donation from Mr.& Mrs. Charles Black to be allocated to the library.

OTHER BUSINESS

1. Southborough Emergency Planning and Mgmt Comm. (SEPMC) designation changes.

2. Approve change order for Triangle Park project in the amount of $698.64.
