Enclosed please find a recently revised COMMITTEE HANDBOOK . The Selectmen request that this handbook be distributed to all your committee members and that they sign acknowledgement (see last page) that they have received a copy. The acknowledgment should be returned to the Selectmen’s office by September 15. The handbook explains proper committee protocols and procedures, i.e. how to conduct meetings, how bills are paid, purchasing and procurement procedures etc.

If you or your committee members prefer a digital copy of the HANDBOOK it can be found on the Town’s website. If this method is used, please print and sign the acknowledgement (Attachment 1) and return it to the Selectmen’s office.
