The fee covers
normal applications review, permit processing and two (2) comprehensive,
routine inspections per yr. Formal complaints, a "call-back-compliance-inspection"
or re-inspection other than the routine requires the payment of an
additional $100 if the inspection reveals an issue of non-compliance
or other critical issue. (See Inspection
Policy)
Food Service Establishment Plan Review requires an additional variable
fee - determined by size of operation.
