BOARD OF SELECTMEN

EMERGENCY MEETING

MAY 5, 2006

Present:  William Christensen, Roger Challen, Aldo Cipriano, Town Counsel, Janice Conlin, Town Administrator.  Mrs. Phaneuf was absent.

At 10 a.m., the Board opened their meeting and voted by roll call to enter Executive Session to discuss of real property.

At 10:55 a.m., the Board re-entered open session.  There was a unanimous vote to allow Town Counsel to continue discussions with Attorney Beth on the Chestnut Hill conservation restriction and management plan with direction from the Board on certain points which are still being negotiated. 

The Board members present then signed the purchase and sale which will be carried, with a $1,000 check from the town, to Attorney Beth for the Beals’ family to sign.

The meeting adjourned at 11:30 a.m.
