BOARD OF SELECTMEN

MONDAY, OCTOBER 3, 2006

THOMAS MCAULIFFE HEARING ROOM

Present:  Roger Challen, Chairman; Bill Boland, Bonnie Phaneuf, Jean Kitchen, Town Administrator.  The Planning Board was also in attendance [R. Connors, D. Cunningham, C. Gaffney, M. Hynes, D. Morris]. 

The Board convened a meeting at 7 p.m. to interview engineering firms who responded to an RFP for On-Call Engineering services.   

The following forms were interviewed:

• Robert Nagi, VHB
• George Palmisciano, Pare Engineering
• Eric Bernadin, Fuss & O’Neill

All consultants were asked questions relating to traffic, transportation, wetlands, stormwater, water quality, environmental compliance, etc. 

Mrs. Phaneuf made a motion to support the Planning Board’s decision to hire Fuss & ONeill for on-call engineering services, contingent on reference checks.  The motion passed with Mrs. Phaneuf and Mr. Boland voted in the affirmative.  Mr. Challen had left the meeting. 

The meeting adjourned at 8:45 p.m.
