Current year ZBA Decisions will be available here as they are filed with the Town Clerk. Once the Board takes action on an application (i.e. votes), the Board has 14 days to file the decision with the Town Clerk. Once filed, a twenty (20) day appeal period begins on the day following the date of filing. If there are no appeals, or appeals have been resolved during the twenty (20) day appeal period, the decision will be certified by the Town Clerk, and the applicant must record the decision at the Worcester County Registry of Deeds prior to the issuance of a building permit.
