Municipal Vulnerability Preparedness Program Listening Session - June 4th at 6:30pm via Zoom

We are pleased to announce that we will be holding a Municipal Vulnerability Preparedness Program listening session on June 4th at 6:30pm via Zoom. This will go over the work done by Pare Corporation to become a certfied MVP community while simultaneously updating our local Hazard Mitigation Plan. This work has been done solely with the use of an MVP Planning Grant in an effort to cerify every town and city within the Commonwealth to become more resilient to climate change.

This will be an overview and outcomes found within the Stakeholder meeting which consisted of members of boards & committees, state organizations, engineering firms, utility companies, and others that have a vast array of information resources within the Town of Southborough. This listening session will provide a chance for questions and comments and we will do so to the best of our capabilities in a webinar format!

For information regarding the MVP program and process, please visit the state's information webpage here.

Otherwise, please see the attached flyer for Zoom information, or on June 4th you can follow this link to begin the webinar. If you have any questions, please contact the Conservation Agent at [email protected]
