Do you need help?
If you are a Southborough resident having difficulty with or have questions about the normal stresses of everyday life, are struggling with a specific problem, or are in crisis; help is available. We offer professional and confidential counseling, telephone consultations, and referral support to providers, programs and services in the area. We also offer time limited support groups for issues such as divorce, loss/grief, social skills, and parenting support.
Individual, Family and Couples Counseling
We provide confidential individual counseling for all ages, family counseling and couples counseling. Students can be seen in school or at our office in town and all of our services are free.
We offer a variety of group programs both in and out of the schools. Our goal is to provide support and prevention through early intervention, by building positive self-esteem and teaching about good decision-making and social skills. The group counseling setting provides members the opportunity to share experiences and insight and to support one another. Groups that may be offered include, but are not limited to:
- Stress management
- Social skills
- Changing families
We are your resource for information about personal concerns and your resource for community services available to youth and families including:
- Support groups
- Rehabilitation groups
- Hotlines and health agencies
- Legal and social advocacy
If we cannot be of support, we will provide you with a referral to organizations and resources that will assist you.
